Portugal protector Jose Fonte has said that Cristiano Ronaldo will continue playing football beyond the 2022 FIFA World Cup. Fonte believes the 37- time-old striker will at least play professional football up until the coming Euro in 2024. Both players helped Portugal qualify for the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar during the current transnational break.

He added

The five-time Ballond'Or made his debut for the Portugal public platoon in 2003 and has been a part of all the FIFA World Mugs since also. He helped Portugal win the 2016 Euro event and the initial UEFA Nations League title in 2019 as well.
